Who is responsible

What information we collect
If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, the audience category you select and the message you send. The form is voluntary; please avoid sending confidential research or personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
This website also uses Ploy's built-in analytics. Those services may collect pageviews and identify visiting companies or people depending on the site's settings. The enabled data and settings must be confirmed before this notice is finalized.
Cookies and similar technologies
No optional analytics or advertising pixels are configured in the current site draft. Ploy describes its built-in analytics and visitor identification as cookie-free. This does not mean that no personal data is processed. The controller still needs to confirm the enabled settings, information processed, lawful basis and retention. If non-essential tracking is added, the notice and consent controls must be updated before that tracking starts, where required by applicable law.
Why we use it
We use contact-form details to receive and respond to enquiries, including requests to discuss STM design partnerships. The lawful basis for this use must be confirmed with the controller before publication.
Where it goes
The form is captured in the Atomvec workspace on Ploy, and the workspace owner receives an email notification by default. A configured notification recipient may also receive it. Details of other service providers, storage locations and international transfers remain to be confirmed.
How long we keep it
Our approved retention period for inactive enquiries is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. The process for deleting saved form submissions and notification emails still needs to be confirmed before this notice is finalized.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you send through this form, subject to applicable law. Please contact renato.santos@atomvec.com. If you are in the EEA, you may also raise concerns with your local data-protection authority.
